BACKD

Backd is a memecoin launchpad on Solana. Tokens launch on a Meteora bonding curve and move to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool after graduation. Every trade pays a 1.20% fee, which is collected into a vault specific to each token. The vault starts at $0, with no initial seed. Most of each fee is deployed as margin on a perpetual futures position on Hyperliquid, opened on an external asset such as ETH or SOL. Idle vault capital earns lending yield on Save. When the position takes profit, the creator receives the majority and the platform keeps 10%. $BACKD is the platform's native token. A portion of fees from every token launched on Backd is used to buy back and burn $BACKD. All fee flows, positions and burns are recorded on-chain.
