Users maintain full control over their assets throughout the process. The project itself does not hold user funds and does not intervene in any distribution decisions. 
From a system perspective, this project, through a clear hierarchical architecture, isolates the responsibilities of Telegram interaction, service coordination, and on-chain execution, enabling the lifecycle of red envelopes to be clearly described, verified, and audited.
