hTEA is a bridged representation of the TEA token on Base, issued as an xERC20 via Hyperlane. TEA is the native token of Tea Protocol, an OP Stack L2 blockchain designed to reward open-source software developers for the value their packages create across the software supply chain. Tea Protocol was built by the creators of Homebrew and pkgx, is backed by Binance Labs, and launched mainnet on June 3, 2026.
