The Fed’s recent rate cut was meant to boost confidence and support the slowing economy. Lower rates usually help risk assets like crypto by making borrowing cheaper and increasing liquidity in the market.


But at the same time, the US and China trade talks have added uncertainty. Both sides are discussing tariffs, tech access, and trade balances, which are key issues that could impact global growth.


Because of this mix of optimism and concern, markets are moving cautiously.

BTC$BTC is down 2.9%, and ETH$ETH has dropped 4.5%, as traders wait for clearer signals.


If the talks end positively and rate cuts continue, risk assets could bounce back.

But if tensions rise, another pullback across crypto and stocks is likely.
