NianNian

NianNian (年年) is an independent, community-driven memecoin operating on BNB Smart Chain. The project combines internet meme culture, a recognizable cat-themed identity, and a long-term charitable vision focused on creating positive social impact. NianNian operates under a Community Takeover (CTO) model, where community members coordinate branding, communications, project development, and charitable initiatives independently of the original token creator. The project aims to build a community that connects participation in decentralized cryptocurrency markets with opportunities to support meaningful causes, particularly children’s education, equal access to learning resources, and opportunities for underserved communities. NianNian seeks to demonstrate how a community-led digital asset can develop an identity beyond speculative trading by emphasizing transparency, collective participation, and responsible charitable giving.
