Reserve Magnificent 7 DTF

Reserve Magnificent 7 DTF (MAG7) is an ERC-20 index token deployed on Base. It offers equal-weight exposure to seven of the largest publicly traded stocks, commonly known as the "Magnificent 7." The basket comprises Alphabet (GOOGL), Amazon (AMZN), Apple (AAPL), Meta Platforms (META), Microsoft (MSFT), Nvidia (NVDA), and Tesla (TSLA) in equal weights, and rebalances every two months. MAG7 bundles Coinbase Tokenized Stocks on Base, each of which is backed by actual shares held in regulated US brokerage accounts. Issuance and redemption are permissionless and atomic: holders mint or redeem MAG7 directly against the Folio contract at on-chain NAV, exchanging each share for its proportional basket of underlying tokens. No authorized participant, custodian, API key, or off-chain settlement is required. The DTF charges a 0.6% annualized TVL fee and a 0.3% minting fee. It is governed by RSR token holders, who vote-lock their tokens to propose and vote on changes to the basket.
