Stonk.Fi

Stonk.Fi is a permissionless, ownerless onchain launchpad for turning a community-backed raise into a live market. A creator defines a fixed-supply token and opens a funding queue; backers contribute an approved quote asset and can withdraw while the raise remains open. Once the launch conditions are met, anyone can trigger a single atomic transaction that creates the Uniswap v4 pool, seeds liquidity, executes the opening purchase, and allocates the resulting tokens according to each backer’s contract-defined weight. The protocol supports ETH, USDG, tokenized-stock, and STONKFI quote markets on Robinhood Chain. It also includes launch-price guards, a post-launch Damper mechanism, referral rewards, onchain ERC-1155 mementos, keeper incentives, and the Stonk Pipe for recycling protocol value. The web app lets users discover and create raises, simulate transactions before signing, track live onchain state, and claim launch allocations and rewards. There are no admin keys, upgrade paths, promised prices, or guaranteed returns; the rules and settlement live in immutable smart contracts.
