tokenforge is a Hamburg-based SaaS provider founded in 2021 that delivers regulated infrastructure for tokenizing real-world assets in Europe. Its TokenSuite platform is used by financial institutions and regulated issuers across more than 40 deployed platforms, enabling compliant onboarding, issuance, distribution, and lifecycle management under MiCAR, MiFID II, and Germany’s eWpG.
